Blue Ridge Land and Cattle Company is owned and operated by Brian S. Newman.

Brian grew up with his family in Henderson, Kentucky, until moving to Bowling Green to pursue a degree from Western Kentucky University.  Upon Graduating from Western in the Fall of 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in both Agriculture Business and Animal Science, he went to work for the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture.

This move brought him to his present residence of Greensburg, Kentucky, as the Green County Extension Agent for Agriculture and Natural Resources.  Brian has since finished his Master of Science degree in Agronomy and continues his education towards a doctorate.
